Absolutely horrible service, l’ve gone to Miranda multiple times to get my hair done and she has messed up multiple times and doesn’t seem to care when I express that. This previous time she messed up my color horribly and refused to give me a refund. With O care in the world she offered to fix it but after how many times she’s messed up I did not trust her with my hair and went to a different hair stylist instead. After contacting her via text message, she has ignored me for multiple days when I’m trying to figure out what we can do to resolve the problem but still continues to ignore me and be very very immature.
