Without a doubt, the worst experience, the girl who raises her eyebrows, I don’t know if she is the owner or the employee, has a very bad attitude towards people and is very rude, besides, my mother-in-law has come like twice and always tells her that she is busy cannot attend to it even if there is only one person in the place. At first I thought she was racist, because we are Latinas and we don’t speak English very well, but seeing so many negative comments, I realize that she is a rude and bitter person, she has no ethics to serve people. It goes without saying that I only put the star to comment because if google allowed it for me they would take -5 stars

Very arrogant attitude!!! The lady who does the hair cut is not eligible to be a hairsylist…. She is very irritating….have no idea what she ois doing in that salon….dont fall for the cheap rice…if you wanna be treated with rudeness for a cheaper price haircut, this is the place..

Horrible experience. i went there to get a trim and curtain bangs but the lady did not even layer it properly making me look like dora. Did not wash my hair and left it oily. they are very rude and unprofessional. if you do not know how to cut hair stop cutting and learn so you don’t ruin other peoples’ hair. i would give this a negative 500 rating if i could but sadly i have to give them one star which they def do not deserve.

She suggested an inexperienced person to cut my kids hair instead ,. Kids or adults – everyone deserve to have a haircut as per their wish ..

Very bad experience in this saloon today. Staff hve no menners how to talk with customer. even not speaking English very well. When we entered she say ohh can you came tomorrow she didn’t notice my father old is 78 with me. I requested her to just cut hair my father but she didn’t listen. Never go after that. Let me start off by saying I have been going here for over a year for my eyebrows and never had a bad experience. They always turned out great. UNTIL TODAY. She completely BUTCHERED my eyebrows. She was extremely rough and the thread broke twice during the eye brow threading which had never happened before. They are pencil thin and she somehow threaded the middle of one of them and I now have a gap in my eyebrow. See picture for your reference. The only reason I am posting this is so no one else has this happen to them. It’s really unbelievable. Consider yourself warned.

Actually i had been to thist place 3 times. The facial was good that made me go to the place again but my recent visit was a horrible experience for me. One lady who was doing the facial was really rough in massaging.also she while waxing she made a burn mark on my face.. i feel that the lady who did facial for me was so irresponsible with the clients.
