YES! I have never felt more at home in a salon than I do at Batty Fang. The aesthetic is EVERYTHING – plants galore, nifty trinkets, coffee and water are offered in the lounge area. Not to mention THE TEAM! Everyone is mega welcoming and you can tell they all pick each other up. They offer a wide array of incredible services, and everyone is wildly talented. Tatum gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I haven’t felt this great about my hair in years. I highly recommend checking out Tatum and the rest of the team!

I cannot recommend Batty Fang more!! I’m most definitely someone who finds haircuts to be very daunting and nerve-wracking, however my experience with Kaley was so amazing that I have a newfound confidence in changing my hairstyle as well as myself!! Kaley started my appointment by asking me fantastic questions regarding what I enjoy about my hair, and where I wanted to end up at the end of my appointment, and she made me feel so at home. Besides the lovely environment that Batty Fang has to offer, I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kaley is. My appointment was filled with laughter, smiles, and genuine consideration for myself and my desired outcome of my hair. Very disappointed heard amazing things about this place, and the staff. Booked an appointment for my nails to get done. When in there were 2 girls at the front desk I let them know that I was there for my appointment they proceeded to glance at each other and snicker. One of them said, oh yeah she’s not here today I tried calling you to cancel. When in fact my phone never rang. They both snickered again while glancing at me. Very disappointed in their lack of unprofessionalism. To walk into a place of a business and be laughed at. Negative 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
