My sister lost a little boy and she struggles during the holidays. My sister’s husband set up a “day of beauty” for her. She left this salon in tears. The salon owner was dismissive and implied that the loss of a child year ago was less traumatic then one of her stylists going through cancer presently. Long story short, people should not be talking about triggering topics in a room full of strangers. The owner said “how were we supposed to know she’d lost a son” you should be conducting yourselves with a certain level of professionalism since this is a customer service job. When confronted she implied my sister was the problem and implied that my sister was just being sensitive to a conversation happening around her. I have a wonderful stylist and my sister will be well taken care of moving forward thanks so much for y’alls lack of care and compassion towards your customers.

The reason why I gave four starts is because when I go there three ladies were chatting and none greet us or asked what we needed until they finally finished their chatting. They were talking about their morning, looked at us and just keep chatting. Looks like they are good at what they do just a little better costumer service will make the experience better.

Misty has been cutting my hair for years. She is amazing and I always get so many compliments on my hair! I love how she styles it too. My husband always fussed over me when I get home from the salon commenting on how he loves the way it feathers on the side and is so soft. I had a great experience here ! I needed a cut and color at the last minute and not only did they get me in, but Randa did an amazing job! I love the cut, I love the color. I love that everyone in the shop talks, not just your stylist. It was a fun visit and I will absolutely go back! The shop was clean and comfortable. I also love that I made my appointment via facebook. This shop works hard to make sure your taken care of. Well Done!

I posted something about a year and now this review is for May 5, 2017. We had a death in the family, so Randy called and asked to have his hair done. He explained the situation to them . The response was,” sorry we are completely booked.” He asked if they would work him in and she said,” no way.,” He was told to fund someone else and she mentioned over by shop rite. Due to this, we will find another hair dresser who is a lot more understanding.
