We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Battle House! The room was so clean, staff incredibly kind and professional, the restaurants delicious, and we loved the bar! So much to offer and lots of things to do within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mobile again!

Simple and efficient check in process. Well maintained lobby and public areas. We stayed in the tower, room was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting chair. Any requests for towels or amenities were filled quickly and accurately. Pool was a little bit of a walk and closed earlier than we are used to, but worked for what our family fine. Biggest shout out goes to the valet team who were always pleasant and personable.

This is a lovely rooftop pool. Palm trees and tropical landscaping, great music, shady pergolas, and a bar create a fun and luxurious atmosphere. There are also a tennis court and two small practice putting greens on the roof.

First the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very polite and helpful. Susan did an amazing job. I’ve got some sever damage to my back from military service. She did such a job that I can’t even explain. My wife’s masseuse was as far as she said the same. We will be back for our 4 year anniversary. Highly recommend making a visit well worth every penny.

Awesome hotel, 5 . Amazing valet right when you roll up nice guys willing to help with anything. Grand entrance looks amazing. The rooms are beyond spacious nice soaker tub and walk in shower. The spa and roof top pool and hot tub really sets it off. Restaurant and bar on site! Has delicious food ready in less than 15 min for my order.

I Paid for Foot and Hand rejuvenation $110 plus I tip $20 to Graham (spa masseuse). After getting home I noticed it was still a lot of dead skin on my foot and hands, which had been oiled over. I contacted the spa on my complaint, which in return they set me up another appointment with no charge. I came in a second time and left with better hands, but he told me that he did not have time for the feet pedicure today and it’s nothing he can do about it. I paid for 2 hours of service but it took total 1 hour and 2 minutes to complete; which Graham was rushing thru. I did talk to the manager which she was very apologetic and she gave me some foot exfoliate and foot mask cream. She told me it’s nothing they can do about (which I knew was a lie). I would NOT recommend NOBODY to the battle house hotel spa.

I do not live in mobile, but for all you locals, i highly recommend Tera Lynn. The overall experience was great and i would definitely return!
