Critical: QualityReview for the spa services….Terrible experience and overpriced! Came here due to online reviews which peaked our interest, but please don’t be fooled—this is a terrible place to relax at. Worst yet, incredibly overpriced.Location was very dingy and dirty, leaves a lot to the imagination. The bathrooms were disgusting and some of the therapists did not clearly want to be there.I Spent $360 for a couples massage for 45 minutes—it was 100% not worth it. The massage room for couples was dirty and dingy, it was also loud! (Right next to the parking lot where someone was playing loud music). My husband’s masseuse seemed annoyed to be there, and my masseuse had very weak hands (I asked for a firm massage).Massage was terrible and the entire experience was rushed, it was clear they just wanted us in and out after they got our money.Overpriced and not worth it.!!!!Review for the spa services….Terrible experience and overpriced! What can I say but AMAZING!!!!! If you have not ever tried this place, I highly recommend it. The Mudd Bath experience was soooooooooo relaxing. The bubble bath afterwards was equally amazing. Ask for Danielle. She is great and fun. TREAT YOURSELF BECAUSE YOUR WORTH IT!!!!

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWell, for one when we first arrived the lady who greeted us was the opposite of welcoming and was quite rude. She waved her finger in my face and it was not a pleasant experience. So after that lovely start we had to cancel our appointment due to the age of one of us and let’s be honest is there that much of a difference between a 15 yr and an 18 yr? No. Not a fun experience and do not recommend. If I could leave a zero star review I would’ve.Well, for one when we first arrived the lady who greeted us was the opposite of welcoming and was quite rude. I regularly go to spas in my city but this was my first experience with a mud bath. Overall, I liked it. However, it was a very impersonal experience and I felt rushed near the end of the treatment. During the last 15 min you have time to relax and chill out. The therapist puts a cold towel and cucumbers on your eyes which was nice, but after the 15 minutes are up, she comes and abruptly tell you to get dressed and check out. She doesnt remove anything or even says goodbye, which kind of ruined the whole experience.

Had a mud bath, mineral bath and massage package. The service was very nice. The mud bath was super hot but she came with cold towels and cold water every 10 minutes. The massage had nice pressure but wish he spent more time getting out the knots in my shoulders. They have an indoor heated pool which felt nice in the chilly weather. I wish they provided lockers though because you have to either carry your stuff around each room or leave it in your car.

Had the couples mud bath, mineral bath and 25 min massages. Very professional and attentive staff. Loved it!! One must expect it to smell a tad musty as this is mud/peat soil so if you are finicky, just work your way through it. Such a relaxing and wonderful experience!

Really disappointed with the place. I was expecting better hygiene especially at times like these and when covid is on the raise. They don’t take temperature during check in. Coming to mud spa, the room stinks and I have noticed they don’t replace the mud. The only good part is the massage therapy.

Interesting experience. We did the mud bath and massage from Groupon. You go into a room, strip down and put on a robe. They take you to the mud bath room where you get into what I imagine is a bit like hot quick sand. It’s actually peat moss and volcanic ash. Weird experience but still kind of cool. After 15 minutes you shower off in the room then get in the mineral bath for 15 minutes. Finally they take you to a cool down room for another 15 minutes or so. You’re then picked up by the masseuses. Mine was pretty good by my husbands had a hang nail that scratched him up….not fun. The experience was very relaxing but the facility seemed a little run down. Ok once but not sure I’d go back. Probably 3.5 stars if I could.

Purchased the $169 package (mud bath for 2) for 60 mins, arrived about 10 minutes late because of gps taking us to hotel instead of the spa, then parking. When we got there they were rude. We went to the bathroom before we got in the mud baths. My mother was using the rest room and the front desk worker was complaining about how my mother was in there for awhile, making comments. Right when we got our robes on & were ready to get into the mud, they said we could only go in the mineral bath for 10 minutes. I stressed that we really wanted to go in the mud bath since it was our first experience with that. I asked if we could get as much time as we could in the mud bath. Then the worker started to “clean” the mud bath as we were standing there waiting to get into the bath and said we should wait a few more minutes because it could be super hot since she just cleaned it. All in all we paid $169 to sit in the mud bath for maybe 10 minutes tops. & for them to complain about how long my older mother took in the bathroom. Also they did not help us in the mud nor help us out. & she told us to put the clay on our faces ourselves. I know we were a few minutes late but I don’t think that should result in being treated poorly by the staff. Also she could have cleaned it while she was waiting because my mom took “so long” in the bathroom.
