Critical: QualityPaid $33 for a gel manicure and left a $7 tip. Within 2 days the manicure was fully peeling off. I went back to the salon to show how poorly my manicure was holding up and the technician told me she would not refund my manicure and that it’s because of the oils on our skin – if this were true no one would be getting manicures, it was a poor excuse for a poor job and zero accountability was taken. I made an appointment for 6 PM. Walked 20 minutes to get there. When I got there they said” you pay cash?” I responded that I only had my credit card. They said oh she just shut off the machine. When I told them that I walked 20 minutes to get there, I just got a blank stare. Their business is open until 7 PM. I will never go there again! What a waste of time!

I’ve been going over here for the last 6 years. There are a few things that irritate me One. You have an appointment to get done out of certain time you sit there and you wait and wait. Finally you get there and they don’t even say sorry. always in a rush. The last time I was there he hurt me. I told him he hurt me and he continued to do it anyway. I don’t think that was very professional even gave him a $5 tip every time I went there you pick a color out and say that’s the one you want. He says no. That don’t look good. We’re going to do it this way. I’m the customer. Customers are always right and you’re there to please them. The price is just keep going up because they wanted a bigger place. So now we have to pay for it. I found a better place to go to. I will not be returning there and it’s cheaper also
