Of course, B&BW is always wonderful, but this was my 1st time at this bath & body. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my wants. Lee was magnificent! This was the first place I ever took my wife shopping to buy her some very nice, very good smelling things, so it is a very meaningful location to us both, and the customer service here is very good! The staff here are super friendly, competent, and helpful, and are there to help you with whatever you need in the store.. the products here are very good quality, and the store front is beautiful, and in my estimation, the high point of the entire New River Valley mall.
