BASK is one of the best salons in town. They have many talented hair stylists, aestheticians, massage therapists and the best nail technician in Fort Collins! I’d recommend calling to schedule an appointment but they do accept walk-ins as well. If you’re looking for a little prim and polish, R & R, cut, color, you name it, BASK is the place to go!

Made an appointment for a haircut almost two weeks out. Got multiple calls confirming my appointment leading up to the date just to have them give me a call an hour before my appointment to cancel on me. I understand that life happens and that sometimes stylist have things come up. But how is it possible that no one was able to take me in at a later time of the next day before my flight. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I was really really looking forward to coming in.

Candice really is great with color. I tried to let my natural, Grey grow in, it’s white only in the front by the ears, changes as it goes to the back of the head. Blending gray hair isn’t easy. It is a process, takes more than one time, but soooo worth it.

Cancelled on me then when I get here at my scheduled appointment time I was told that I couldn’t get seen even though I went well out of my way to get here! Never coming back! Absolutely ridiculous! Get your scheduling people on track and quit screwing things up for people! I have my sons first birthday and I was getting my hair done for that special occasion. As I was literally walking into the salon I was told that I couldn’t get seen! Unprofessional and never coming back! Would not recommend! As I stated I made the reservation for noon. If it was set for 11:45 that was not on me and was on the person who scheduled it. I specifically told them moon because I couldn’t make it before hand.

I followed them both to BASK after Europa closed and have NEVER been let down by their customer service and trade qualities. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI did my haircut and highlights here and I have the weirdest layered on my hair, you can see where each layer is and the highlights shows where it starts, not attractive at all. I went to another Hair Salon to get some advice they said the layered is not blended at all and the highlights are totally 90’s style. I eventually got a refund on the haircut but she charges haircut for $60 highlights for $140 … Also the lady who did my hair said the layered looks like this cause of how the color lays. No….I believe no one born as a pro but you need to be honest about your carrier and charge your customers only proper price…I’m waiting for to go into another beauty salon to fix the color and haircut both. Jamie was lovely! I get a lot of anxiety getting my hair cut because I’ve had so many bad haircuts in the past but my first experience with Bask Salon was great. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and really did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Jamie and Bask Salon and I will be back in the future.
