At the last minute my boss gifted me a glow facial Thursday evening. The moment I stepped into the spa I was met with soothing smells and a relaxing atmosphere. Lana helped me pick the cutest earrings from the boutique (my boss had called and told her to have me pick out something special). The glow facial literally left my skin glowing. Hayley has magical hands and is so knowledgeable about products-recommending specific ingredients for some of my problem areas. I can’t wait to come back and have another magical and amazing experience at Basalt!

I visited Basalt after my husband gifted me a massage and facial for my birthday, and I had to make sure I called out the incredible staff, and experience they gave! We went here for our bachelorette event and it was the most spectacular idea my fiancée and I ever had. We booked Don’t Worry, Be Happy which was definitely appropriately named since we came in exhausted and left with such a positive outlook. My facial therapist asked me about my preferences, and made sure not to over exfoliate for our big day. And it felt so nice. Everyone was so kind and helpful, treating us to the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience, just before our wedding that evening. Thank you for the most wonderful bridal experience!

Basalt is the best. I came in a few months ago needing some help, my skin Had changed with all the life stress and was just not my best. I had chatted with Erin on the first visit discussing my plan to do this facial monthly, hoping to book time with her where we would assess what needs help with each visit. Erin is the absolute best. After these last few months my skin has totally calmed down. She tailors every visit to what I need and it’s a wonderful experience. I’ve even fallen asleep while getting a facial here. Amazing.
