Went on Sunday last week with my son. They booked my appointment Pretty quickly on a busy Sunday. Pretty pleasant experince. Could be a little more profesional when dealing with clients on and off the phones. Overall it’s a nice little spot. Good music and overall hip-hop vibe. The older gentleman with who cuts on Sunday did a nice job with my sons hair. It was nice to have an older barber there that i could speak with. I’ll definitely be back.

I called and asked if they could do a haircut with scissors. The man that answered assured me they could so I booked an appointment for my son. I showed the guy that was doing the haircut a picture and explained that I didn’t want it done with clippers. I sat down with my other son to wait. Realize it’s been an hour and he should be close yo done, But the ‘barber’ was still in the SAME spot by his temple. Not another hair had been touched. Started watching him struggle with scissors and clippers now, for a few minutes. I was getting ready to just get him and find another spot, when I see him use CLIPPERS on the whole back of his head. Nothing I could do then. So it took almost an hour to finish. He calls me up and I see his neck uneven and I tell him to clean it up and make it have a gradient because it was all one length. He says yes don’t worry, I’ll finish. My so then gets up 2 min later and his neck was still so uneven and all one length. It was past closing, we had been there over 2 hours. Didn’t want to embarrass my son so we just paid and left. When we got to the car, my son said the guy told me he wasn’t skilled with scissors and struggled with them. SO WHY WAS HE APPOINTED TO US IF I ASKED FOR A SCISSORS CUT?? I clearly told him so when he sat down.

When it comes to finding a decent barber, it can be challenging, especially one who specializes in beard cuts. When you are bald with a beard, the beard is everything. I take great pride in my beard, and it was such a relief to find a barber who took such pride in her work. Mandy, the owner, is outstanding and so personable. My experience in the shop as well as the superb beard trim was fantastic. I have found my forever barber. Absolutely a 5 star barber. Thank you so much I will definitely be back.

Excellent Experience! If you are looking for a barber in the area, look no further! Great staff, skilled barbers, excellent atmosphere. I recently went and Brian cut my hair and trimmed my beard and he did a great job making sure I was pleased with the cut. I also take my grandsons here and they LOVE to get their haircut here. Bartlett Barber is the place to go!!

I think my barber was just a friend of an actual barber at that location. I asked for a skin tight medium fade and an inch off the top. My haircut took about an hour because all the barbers in the shop are talking about a wild party they had the night before. After three or four slight clips on the top my barber spent 45 minutes giving me a terrible fade on the sides. I shouldn’t even call it a fade…my hair goes from a 0 to a 4 with no blend. When I thought the haircut was just about to begin, he took off my cover and said thanks for coming in. For a haircut that should cost six dollars , they charged me 28. NEVER AGAIN.
