Used them 5-6 times. Only once the nail artist was in rush and hurt my skin beside the thumb nail. In general good service but the receptionist is the rudest I’ve ever met. She yelled over the phone and hang up just because I got her name wrong. Gosh! Never used them over since. Manicure

I walked in and was told to wait 15 mins. Which is totally fine with me. After 3 mins lady calls me in. She set everything up and all and Sit down to start my pedicure. After two mins a lady walked in and gets sit right away and my lady stop doing my pedicure and started get pedicure. I am sitting right with my water cold and about to leave. You do not do this to clints. So rude :/. Never coming back. I am about to leave.

Critical: ValueUsed to be my favorite nail salon, but has since been sold and thus changed. They Didn’t do anything I asked. Nails were cut too short. Why pay all that money for a gel dip on short nails? Colors didn’t match , I specifically asked for same exact color on feet and hands. It wasn’t even a good color combination, they clashed. Toe nails were cut on a slant. And 3 days later all of the gel tips popped off. A very bad experience. Used to be my favorite nail salon, but has since been sold and thus changed. They Didn’t do anything I asked. Nails were cut too short. Why pay all that money for a gel dip on short nails? This place is fantastic! Consistently excellent customer service, reasonable prices and quality work. So glad I took a chance and tried this salon. The owner is wonderful, very pleasant and accommodating. Simple clean shop, good selection of colors, fast work. From the beverages, to the parafin dip, to the shoulder massage during the manicure, this place offers the little extra touches that set it apart from the rest. If you’re not quite satisfied with your salon, or feel it’s lacking value for what you pay, give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

So I walked in today wanting to get my nails done. I was given a menu. When I asked to get a set done, I was told “no,” then she said something about not having a technician. So I said you don’t have anyone to do this and she said yes I can, but ” my costumer has been waiting over 10 minutes, make an appointment next time it will be better.” I was totally brushed off, but she gave me a coupon for the next time which definitely will not be happening!!! Costumer service is so poor nowadays, but this took the cake.
