Critical: ProfessionalismThe one star rating is not for the service ( the ladies here are all really great at what they do. ) It’s for the unprofessionalism I’ve recently experienced. I’ve been going here for over a year to get my regular trims every 8 weeks and have always had a great experience. Plus I loved the ambience of the place. My hair dresser ended up leaving to a location I didn’t like so I switched to a gal named Shannon who I clicked with right away. She also did an amazing job. Then things changed. About a month ago I was ready to book another appointment for a trim and I left Shannon a voicemail. I waited a couple days and heard nothing back. I figured she might just have a lot going on so I called the salon and left a voice mail. I heard nothing back from them. I then went onto their website and submitted to make an appointment on there. I heard nothing. After another 4 days went by I left Shannon another voice mail and heard nothing. I had no idea why she was not getting back to me with her available slots. I then left another voice mail for the salon to get the next available person since Shannon was not returning my calls. It has been over a week and nobody has called me back. I now know that this is being done deliberately and I haven’t even a clue what I could have done for them to be like this towards me. 🙁 It’s very upsetting and extremely unprofessional. I love going to see Jill for my haircut. All the work she has done for me over the years and its always be thoughtful, and beautiful. I have course, curly, wavy hair and so does she, so she understands how to cut my hair better than most stylists. I can only encourage people to make an appointment with her to find the stylist you have always wanted. Prices are reasonable and worth the service. Nive area but a little hard to find parking sometimes so give yourself an extra 10 minutes. St. Helens has many great places to check out in the area as well.

If you want to find a great hair sytelist, go here and ask for Amanda! Seriously, she is great. I came in with high expectations, and she met them at every turn. I have very dark hair, and wanted to go blonde. I knew it might take a bit, and she’s been so understanding and happy to explain the process to me. I will follow her wherever she goes! I trust her with my hair completely, and that’s a pretty great thing. Thanks Amanda!!!
