WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AT a NAIL SALON ***I went there yesterday to get dip manicure and pedicure. They don’t care for quality service and what’s best for the client. They want to rush and get the service done whether the client gets a good job done or not. I soaked my feet in water and the gentleman was ready to start working on my feet. I said,”I have some dead skin so I would need soaking for 15-20 min before you start scrubbing my feet and he politely agreed. Then they got a call from a client and the lady at the desk came and said in a very rude and de condescending way- “we need to do it now. We can’t wait for you”. I said, it’s not even 3 min and I really need my feet soaked to get rid of dead skin” . She said, “we can’t wait for you”. And I had to leave. I didn’t mind that I was asked to leave but the way she said it was very demeaning , rude and inappropriate, almost yelling at me. If you want a calm and relaxing experience with decent customer service NEVER go there

I thought this was my place to go. Close to home, clean and decent pricing. Went there for the 2nd time and brought the hubby. I made an appt for a “Mani & Pedi” for 2. Came in, not too busy, 3 other clients. Sat in the spa chair right away. Picked my color and got to it. 4 more people came in and were seated although there were only 5 workers. Hmmm…math didn’t add up. All of a sudden, hubby and I only had an appt for a pedicure?? Not cool. Planned for a relaxing day before our vacation and we got shafted for different clients. 3 stars for decent pedicure. 1 star for customer service.

Came in for a mani pedi with regular polish, and 9.5 months pregnant. Everyone was so sweet and helpful making sure I was comfortable. The pedicure was solid and I really appreciated that it was an actual good foot and calf massage with oil and lotion and hot towels and also with an exfoliating scrub and hot stones too! Heaven.
