This use to be 5 stars. My last 4 appointments they have been late. And the person I originally booked with is never available the day of appointment. They keep switching systems so my largest appointment was even in there. And the manager can be rude to the staff which is probably why some of them keep leaving. The upgrades are nice, but nice things can’t make up for poor service.

I had my first appointment here after a friends recommendation and I will NEVER go anywhere else! I had a service done by Casey and Victoria, y’all they were AMAZING! I don’t know how it’s possible, but it was the least painful wax I’ve had ever, like barely felt anything, and when I tell you that everyone was probably the nicest people I have ever met, I mean it! One appointment, and I know that I have found “my place”!!!

I usually get wonderful service here and even became a member and a loyal customer until an encounter from an employee who was extremely rude which I have on video. I spoke with the receptionist at first to ask ab booking an apt , to which I was told that the worker didn’t work there any longer. As I proceeded to say okay and ask one more question the phone was hung up. I called back to see ask my question and see what happened and was completely confronted by Evelyn who just rolled over my concern. I proceeded to ask why there was no apology from anyone concerning this matter of me being hung up on while speaking with no “have a good day” or even a simple “bye”. She proceeded basically trying to shut me up by saying “well sorry but I’m not the one who did it” and the receptionist “didn’t know I wasn’t finish talking”. Which was a very rude reply to a customer. Evelyn continued to argue and hung up the phone on me. I called multiple times after and was ignored completely. I then walked in to get my membership canceled because rudeness to a customer is not the way to run a business and she proceeded to be even more confrontational and when asked to cancel my membership she refused and told me I can sit and wait for hours but she is not canceling, and When I asked why was she being so rude to me she says “ you get what I give” . This was such a horrible experience and I wish this did not happen because I did love this place and usually encounter a sweet staff . This new staff is ver rude

Danielle was personable but careless with the wax applicator. She would roll the applicator on my leg without letting the wax come all the way to the roll. It left a rash on both my inner thighs. It’s not bad; but raised, pink and sore even after using Neosporin all night.

I am pretty new to waxing and just had my second visit. Victoria has been fantastic! Her personality makes it nearly impossible to be nervous. They have a great environment and team that makes you feel like you are surrounded by friends. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for the types of services they offer.
