I stopped going here since my usual waxer left. Awhile back, I got someone I did not ask for but she was apparently the only one available to me. She charged me extra for things I never got charged for during my service. Took a LONG time to wax me and so I was experiencing more pain than usual. She was very rough. I felt like maybe she was unexperienced since right after my appointment she went to do someone’s eyebrows and it could be that she usually does eyebrows and not Brazilians.

Not so happy with my after wax, never had a problem with so much ingrowns and bumps until they changed my go to wax lady. Booked with Tileatha, but she’s gone so they decided to change my lady without telling me. I wasn’t going to be rude, so i let her wax me. I still have wax residue left on my back & front. Felt like i shaved down there now. Ugh

When i first started getting waxed (Brazilian) my skin was always smooth and nice, my hair grew back less. Over time i started getting bad ingrowns and bumps so i switched to sugaring — DO NOT RECOMMEND. It make it 10x worse. I switched back to waxing and was still having bad ingrowns. It wasn’t until i started seeing Tileatha that my skin started to improve. Not only does she make the experience less painful, but she’s very detailed and makes sure to calm my skin down. I don’t know what she does but she’s the best one here for sure!! Highly recommend her!!
