I’ve been coming here since May and have seen each member of the staff for a wax. They have all done amazing, thorough jobs! It never feels rushed and all the ladies are easy to talk to and super friendly. I have never had a bad experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for waxing services! Plus, the salon is super cute and clean. The only advice I have is try to arrive early as parking in the area can be hard to find at times!

After one visit I decided to sign up for a membership. Annabelle is AMAZING. She is super sweet and fun to talk to during services. She takes her time shaping my brows and makes sure they’re exactly how I want them before moving on to other services. I’ve never had an issue with the wax being too hot or messy. Surprised that she got a poor review below, but something tells me that the customer was rude to her to begin with. Friendly reminder that just because someone is in the service industry does not mean they have to put up with abuse. :)I absolutely love coming here. First time getting waxed so i decided to go with bare spa because of its location and the customer service Wendy and staff provided me upon calling for an apt. Yhe communication was awesome and my apt was on time with no delays. Wendy made me feel comfortable and safe. We had laughs and great conversations. I will return here again. Awesome experience. She made sure all my hair is out hahah

Annabelle is the WORST!! Angry with a bad attitude to boot. Spilled hot wax on clothes, skin was red and raw for days after. It’s a service industry, Annabelle – if you can’t handle dealing with the public then you might want to consider another line of work. AVOID!!
