What a GEM we have here in St. Cloud, I went twice to have my eyebrows tinted and shaped, both times were Great, I have red hair so it’s been super interesting the looks I have had at other spots, after one tinting my husband called me SIMBA:-)sadly that was one of the better looks I had. Hilary made up the best color for my hair and skin tone, which was very helpful for Briana when I had an appointment with her
