Bare Skin Spa would not give me a receipt with a Tax ID number so that I could submit my massage to insurance. I gave them 2 example receipts that other local massage providers use. I offered to draft the receipt myself so they could provide it to other clients in the future.

I was given a gift certificate for a top shelf facial last september. It turned out to be one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. I finally just now got around to booking the appointment. If I had known how much I’d enjoy it , I would have booked sooner. The whole experience was great. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I will be scheduling another facial soon. I can see how they could be addicting. I loved It! My skin feels amazing. Everything was clean and orderly and everyone was so nice. Five stars!

Bought services for my wife. The purpose of the visit was a facial and I added a massage since I thought it would be fun to treat her like the queen of women that she is. Left her to her own to schedule the visit. When she came home I discovered that they did not provide the services I purchased and instead spent the whole time on the massage and associated work. After spending a considerable amount of time trying to set this up and even more time standing at the counter discussing my plan, I have to admit to a significant amount of frustration and anger at their bored treatment of me at their counter and the subsequent failure of my Christmas gift plan. In fairness, I did not tell my wife what to expect. I was hoping a modicum of surprise would to add to the experience. This scenario was discussed in depth with their receptionist. Her response was a polite brush off, don’t worry we know what we’re doing. Just leave your money… These folks should move to California, they would fit right in there.

I paid for services ahead of time for my girlfriend. She got extremely ill, and was on bed rest for 2 weeks. I was told by this buisness that because we didn’t show up to the appointment, that some of the services were not gonna be provided to us. Even though I had already paid for them. When trying to figure out why this was happening, they hung up on me. Next step is a report to the Better Business Bureau.
