This boutique is absolutely adorable and the staff is very friendly. I’ve been getting waxed by Valerie for a while now and she never disappoints! Waxing (especially a Brazilian) can be a very intimidating experience but she does a great job at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell she loves what she does with the amount of time and attention to detail she puts into each appointment. She makes great conversation and is overall such a genuine person. I’ve had my eyebrows ruined so many times before that I was a little scared. But, I was very pleased with Chastity’s work. She gave me the natural clean look I wanted. It was a bit pricey for what I am used to. In Montréal, waxing services are a lot more affordable so I was really happy to catch the 50% off promotion for new clients! I recommend if you are looking to treat yourself!

Had the worst facial of my life here. The girl that did the facial was very green. She had me waiting 15 mins before she even started. I think that might have been payback for me showing up to the appt 5 mins late. Then she never explained the products she was using on me and her massage technique… well I don’t think I can actually call it a technique. To make matters worse the steam machine wasn’t working and she didn’t know how to fix it nor was a back up available so I had to do without it. When I shared my feedback to the manager, (If I’m remembering correctly his name is Brian) he said he’d make it right and call me back. I never heard a word from him. This place is not a competent service provider and has incompetent management that do not stand behind their word.
