This place is amazing! I did the fire & ice plunge, float, then massage. Each session was even better than the last. It was my first time doing float therapy and it was an incredible meditative experience. The staff here are incredibly professional and helpful. I had Matt for my massage, and he was great to work with! Very communicative about pressure, areas of tension, etc. I’ve already booked my next session with him!

Very cute clean place with a cottage/cabin vibe to it. Great staff with great communication. I did the fire & ice contrast therapy, the float, and a general 60min massage. The contrast (fire & ice) therapy is offered in the same private room with a plunge tub, and an infrared sauna, plus a space to set your things and a separate chair to hangout in if you need a break from the fire & ice portion. The float tank offers music to choose from and colored lights for a soothing ambiance. There is a private shower to clean off before and after the float tank along with towels, body wash and some extra niceties like ear plugs, q-tips and a mint.

My partner and I went for the introductory couple’s float tank session. The tank was large enough for both of us and played relaxing ambient music during our float. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Might try the massage next time.

Small “mom and pop” vibes, the masseuse was incredible but the float was meh. they forgot to play music while I was there and nobody was there to help me get to the massage after the float. disappointing, but worth the price

I bought two Groupons for my partner and myself for a 60 minute float and 60 minute massage. We arrived a little bit early, as it was our first time for both the float and massage and the owner working there was incredibly nice and created a welcoming environment. I felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable my entire time there. For me personally the float was enjoyable but I think it would be even more enjoyable if I go more often. With the massage the owner did an overall body massage that felt absolutely amazing! I told her a few areas to focus on and I came out of there feeling like a new person. The lotion, oils, hot rocks, music, and techniques used all really created an amazing experience for us! As far as their COVID-19 precautions they are doing really well. The owner made sure to wipe down the area of the float tank before we used it and we all had our masks on during the massage. I feel like for the quality of service offered here and the affordable prices, I will totally be coming back!
