My first time waxing with Kristen did not disappoint! From the second I walked into the suite, Kristen was very warm and welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and that I was happy with the waxing. She kept up a conversation the entire time, which really helped relax me. She gave some really good instructions on how to reduce any irritation after the wax, and even checked up on me the next day to see how I was doing. Kristen is clearly passionate about her line of work and cares for her clients. Definitely recommend!

We were talking the whole time which helped take my mind off the waxing. After my appointment, Kristen emailed me a thorough list of instructions and products that will help my skin recover and prevent discomfort. She even followed up with me the next day to check on how I was feeling. Its clear she shows all her clients the same amount of care and attention! She truly is great and you should definitely book with her! Looking forward to my next appointment in 4 weeks!
