Upon entering this establishment the aesthetics was very pleasing and I was greeted promptly.My waxer Karina was very friendly and professional. She talked me through the whole process. The staff was polite and courteous. This place is conveniently located with plenty of parking. I left very happy with the service I received as well as a nice sample bag of goodies! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe place is clean, organized & black own. I love how they decorate for every season/holiday it’s so cute. The staff is friendly. Sugar wax is way better than hard wax. I come monthly it’s a must for me and it’s almost a year since I’ve been doing sugar wax. I see Karina and she provides good service and we always have good conversations. She tries to distract me from the pain but that never happens lol but it’s okay . The service is quick and efficient, they make sure to remove EVERY hair and it lasts at least a month for me. I would recommend this place to everyone who is interested in hair removal.
