Love this place! Leslie is amazing and super fun to go to! I definitely trust her with my hair! I went there my first time to go from long hair to a pixie cut for the first time ever and she did an incredible job! She not only cut my hair, but took the time to show me how to style it properly, even though it meant she stayed late. I get so many compliments on my hair now, Leslie did an incredible job! I have already gone back once for a touch up and have another one scheduled for next month. Definitely a wonderful salon overall and everyone is incredibly nice.

I actually had my hair done here a while ago. When I went I got my hair colored and trimmed. The reason I am rating this salon so low is because I feel in my opinion it was so unprofessional. I had multiple different girls working on my hair, I believe I counted 5 by the time my appointment was over. The girls were very aggressive and harsh on my scalp and yanking my hair with the brushes. I was not satisfied with my results of the color and of course me being a push over I wasn’t honest about the color being what I wanted. At the same time my head and scalp were in pain so I just wanted to get out of there. To top it off the price to get my hair colored 2 shades darker then what my natural hair color already was, it was through the roof pricing. I’ve been to multiple places and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted with less damage and reasonable pricing. The last thing I have to say is, like I said before I have been to quite a few places to get my hair done before. It was not until this place that now months down the road and ever since this appointment I had with Barclays that my hair is so damaged and fried. Before I got my hair bleached at other places and it never made my hair like this. I genuinely don’t recommend this place to people who want a reasonable price, gentle on the scalp (as they should be), and professional hair dressers who are willing to complete you hair start to finish and not be doing multiple people’s hair at the same time…

I’ve been going to Barclays Hair design for a year now. The owner Ryan styles my hair. Ryan has a flare for knowing how to frame your face to bring out your best features. He is an artisan so his cuts are not quick so don’t be in a hurry and enjoy the process.

Mary-Micheal is AMAZING!!! Let’s just say I had some extremely horrible experiences in the past. From burning my scalp because they rushed the process to completely ignoring what I asked for (worst part of them all they asked for a tip and made me pay for a “fix”. It never was “fixed” btw!!! Grrr!) So after a years I finally found a place! And she absolutely great! Took her time! Was honest about the process and massaged my head/high neck area too!!! Critical: QualityI was given a gift card to Barclay’s Salon and was not pleased with my results. I showed the manager who cut my hair a picture of how I wanted my hair to be colored and my hair was the complete opposite. When making my appointment, I requested to have a stylist who was the best with coloring. As you can see from my pictures attached, my hair did not resemble my example shown at all. The comments from my fiance and friends were very upsetting. They said my hair looked grey, yellow, and a greenish tone. I have e-mailed and left multiple voicemails trying to speak to someone to resolve this issue and no one has contacted me to make my experience better. The staff were very friendly and efficient. They knew I was a little anxious about batting my hair cut due to a bad experience at another salon so they were extra sensitive to my needs. I got a beautiful haircut from Ryan. He honestly looked at my pictures of ideas and listened to my issues and problem areas. He gave me what I wanted and it looks great! I highly recommend this salon.

Very classy, respectable, and friendly atmosphere. I’ve only been there twice now and regardless of each stylist you ALWAYS get a perfect hair cut! I have a very intricate BOB hair style and thinning hair. Yet I leave feeling pretty and fulfilled. Absolutely a lovely place!!! And will always return faithfully …thank YOU!!!!!
