I’ve been going to Barbie Griffin @ Lux for over 3 years now and just love her! She’s always done a phenomenal job, given great advice on what she thinks would work best for me, and it’s been spot on every time. I had a facial with another lady up there once, but don’t recall her name. She was amazing though. Facials aren’t as much my thing but it really was nice to experience it. Barbie always makes me feel beautiful with her compliments and the time she takes to address my needs. I tend to get lightheaded and feel overheated halfway through my treatments. She recognized it as white coat syndrome and brought me a fan, an ice pack, cold water to drink and a trash can just in case! Luckily the fan and icepack do the trick and she is so patient with me every time. She’s kind and caring, such a gem and so good at what she does. True talent and artistry!
