Very disappointed & astonished at the rude & arrogant attitude & behavior of my assigned barber – just for requesting a clean chair on clean floor before my hair cut because there were some hair strands on the chair and lot of hair on the floor. Apparently, they were not cleaned after my previous customer vacated. When my haircut was finished, the barber curtly said “that’s 21 Dollars.” As I was handing her my Master Card, she mentioned “when the reservation was made, you said CASH” as if I can’t change my mind. So, I paid her exactly one $20 bill & one $1 bill and walked away without paying any tip. If she thinks, she is a HAIR DOCTOR and entitled to her attitude, how should I feel as a MEDICAL DOCTOR Specialist? (My grandson, at the same time, in the next chair had a decent haircut by a decent young lady and he is very proud and happy with his haircut and tipped his hairdresser gladly.)

ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE ISNT 0. Absolutely speechless. I got attitude for not making an appointment. When I said I didn’t know I needed to, I was told to just have a seat, as she rolled her eyes. So I sit, and when she asks what cut I’d like, I tell her high and tight with a trim on top. She proceeded to tell me she would rather give me an actual hair cut, as that would look stupid. So I explain what I like, and she gets frustrated and nasty with me, telling me what I’ve asked for looks like “the things Jews wear on their heads”, to which I was speechless, but her friend says “a yarmulke”, and then they laughed. I then said, “well if you think it looks that bad, then do what you like”, and she replied, “I can’t, you already had me ruin it, so the damage is done”. Never have I ever had such bad service. Three female barbers, all with nasty attitudes, and zero professionalism, laughing at each others jokes. Even when she was done being nasty, I tipped her 19 dollars on a 21 dollar haircut, to which she replied “have a nice day” as she took the cash and walked away, making no eye contact, and zero sincerity.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited 7 weeks to get my haircut because of the Covid-19 restrictions.The salon employees are working 12-13 hour days to catch up. I was able to get in and Brandi did a great job on my hair. The best part was that it only cost $17. No other salon in the area can come close to that price and the professionalism that they display. Tammy gives my 90 yr old father a very nice shampoo and haircut, blow dry,$23. You have to wear a mask right now. She is professional.They only accept cash so bring your wallet. I recommend her. Call at 8 a.m. on the day you want your hair cut. Currently, they do not book out appointments.

I have been getting my haircut for a long time by someone and after she is done it’s just never exactly what I wanted, couldn’t get into see her and I really needed a cut today so I stumbled on A cut above. Brandi was my barber and she was great, when she was done it was exactly what I wanted, Oh and she’s gorgeous too! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
