I’ve been getting my haircut from Jones at Open Up Cutz for almost 3 years now. Over the past 3 years, Jones has never cancelled on my appointment, never had me wait more than 5 minutes for a cut, and has always been professional! Jones is extremely skilled at cutting hair! However, what differentiates Jones is his professionalism, and his ability to respect his customers time! Jones takes appointments only, and when he locks you in for a slot, rest assured that he’ll follow through. I’d encourage you to book an appointment with Jones! Call at about 9:30 this morning to see if someone would be able to cut me at about 10. Person, who is appealing the shop manager, said it was good. Cool. Get there at 10:05 and a woman with dreads is cutting someone but the door is locked. She just looks at me and shakes her head? Even though the shop manager and the sign on the door both said they open at 10am. Get it together.
