Do not seem to know their own hours. Good service when they are actually open, but they’re too inconsistent to be counted on. Three times in a row when I’ve needed a cut, I’ve passed by the place and had to go elsewhere. Often 20+ miles out of my way.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was glad to see the Grand Bay Barber shop open up so I could go back to getting local haircuts and I wouldn’t have to drive 15 minutes to Tillman’s Corner to get one. The owner did a great job cutting my hair the first two times I went. My issue and the reason I will never go back is that he is EXTREMELY unreliable. I took off work a few hours early so I could get some things done, including getting a haircut and the last THREE times I went to the shop he was randomly closed. He does not keep the hours he has posted. I showed up at 2:45pm on a Thursday, closed. 10:37am on a Tuesday, closed. 3:10pm on a Friday, closed. After 3 times of driving past Tillman’s corner to find him closed and having to drive back to Tillman’s corner to get a haircut at my old Barbershop I’m just done with it.
