Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled and asked ahead of time if they can take care of only my beard, since I already had a haircut taken care of. Dude on the phone says to come in at 11:30. I asked him for the name of the person of who I should ask for when I arrive, and he said “don’t trip, someone will take care of you.” When I got there, nobody knew who I was or knew anything about someone who called about a beard. They said to wait for a couple of barbers who were chilling outside, except neither of them helped me when they came back in, and when a third became available (after waiting for an hour at this point), he didn’t help me either, and the other barbers insinuated that he was the one who took my call in the first place, being an hour late to his own appointment and then blowing me off for another customer. One barber said he would help me after he finished his current client but I had already waited an hour at that point so I left.
