Hello, my name is Gurcan Gokcen. 25 years ago, I began my career as a professional barber in izmir Turkey .At 23 years old and passionate about the craft of hair cutting, I opened my first barbershop, Barbers Club Neo, which I managed for 13 years. I have trained many barbers over the years and hold a Barber Training License. In 2016, I moved to the U.S. and obtained a U.S. Barber’s License, now we reopen at Barbers Club Neo Falls Church , and we will create a professional team in its business . Combining my passion and prowess, I look forward to serving you with my unique skills, attention to detail, friendly service, and a quarter century of experience. I truly love what I do, and I am excited for the opportunity to serve you!

I stopped by here for a trim after visiting the dentist next door. I was lucky to get Gurcan. He did I exactly what I asked, and was really fast and skilled with his scissor cut. Many barbers rely on clippers, which is fine, but I prefer scissors and a classic haircut.

Oh wow! 10 out of 10. I am so picky with my hair. That’s being said, I was so nervous coming here and try a new artist. Thankfully, it came out nice and neat. Tom frankly did a good job on my hair. My haircut experience with Neo was great. First of all, online appointment interface is very user friendly. Even though he is on schedule, he doesn’t rush through customers like other places. Literally the next door parking garage option was so comfortable. They have water, soda cans, and comfortable chairs at the waiting station. Neo asks specifically what I’m looking for, he does his best to understand what type of haircut I’m looking for, and explains his process prior the cut. He is a very experienced barber for decades. And prices are so good, very competitive. Very much recommended.
