I normally get very good service here and the team members are always very nice but we had a snafu this time…I asked her to trim my beard to about an inch and she pretty much buzzed it off ☹️. From a technical sense she did a great job but it is not at all how I wear my beard. I may just shave it off now..I paid her and tipped fully because the shop was full and I Didn’t want her to feel badly but now that I’m home I’m just very sad.

I’ve gotten a haircut and a shave from most of the girls there. They shaves are brutal, its almost like getting shaved with a cheese grater. The haircuts were at best ok but my last two were undoubtedly my worst ever.
