I’ve had mixed experiences over the last 3 years, and so far I would say it has improved greatly. It’s best to call and set an appointment, walk-ins is a hit or miss on how the staff respond. However, if you show them respect for their time and effort, they return it in kind.

They don’t make you feel welcome at all. You get better service at waffle house. They don’t even deserve the star I gave! The barber told me he was to busy to cut my hair as he sat down in his chair and played on his phone. If you don’t do walk ins then advertise that you don’t!
