Disappointing. I have been here once before and had no problems. Nice place, polite people. Today I showed up for my appointment early, my barber wasn’t ready. No big deal. I checked back in 10 minutes later, then 20 minutes later, then 30 minutes later. After walking in for a third time I was told by another barber that my barber would come out to my car and get me. 45 minutes later… I need to go back to work. The entire situation seems like a breakdown in scheduling and communication. Good luck in the future guys.

These guys are all professional and give great haircuts. I have had every person there cut my hair at least once, and everytime it came out great. Their hard work shows as the place is usually packed but worth the wait.

They messed up my hair royally….I showed my barber a photo of how I’d like my hair to be cut. He takes a quick look, too quick to truly comprehend detail, and he utters out “yeah, I got it”.

I had an appt for my son at 2:15 pm, I arrived earlier and my barber was busy, The girl who works there asks me to wait outside since I was with the little one I told her I will be waiting inside my car, she said they’d go and get me. I waited from 2:09 pm to 2:28 when I decided to go and check, I asked her what happened and she said “HE IS NOT FINISH YET” when I saw he already had someone else sitting on the seat. I would’ve appreciated it if they told me upfront the expected waiting time and if they made a mistake scheduling the appt I would’ve understood but they bother to even clear the situation or try to make it right. pretty bad customer service and a very disrespectful way of making you lose your time….. It’s a shame because we loved the Barber from this place. JUST UPSETTING

Was with a co-worker on lunch and mentioned I needed to get my hair cut desperately, he picked up his phone called barbers and company to see if there was a wait and off we went. This was my first time to this establishment and honestly was very impressed. In 15 minutes Mike D had me looking fresh. Fade was perfect, edges were perfect, transition to beard was flawless, and most of all my wife thought it looked great. 15 bucks plus a tip is worth every penny. Men trust me when I say give the business to these gentlemen, your going to love the way you look. Great job will see you all in two weeks for the next one.

Past this place almost everyday without thinking much of it. Wasted years going to the Supercuts next door before a neighbor recommended Barbers and Company. Wow!! They do such a great job. Fantastic cut everytime. They take their time and are meticulous. Straight razor the neck and sides. I couldn’t believe with such a great, thorough cut, it was actually less expensive than Supercuts. I hate that I waited so long to try this place out.
