Had my boys get their haircuts while we were on our road trip. The application was a little difficult to use for the appointment. I had to make 3 separate appointments. A star deduction for the application and one of the major things was they are the BarberPop Shop. And it seems there is a different business that took over part of the store. So there was not Pop shop side as I thought that would be a cool experience. The boys did get a canned soda but that wasn’t what I had seen on pictures.

I had a really good experience. I wouldn’t say the atmosphere was anything super unique, it felt like most barber shops I’ve been to. I had KaCee cut my hair and she did a really good job. I would recommend booking with her. Sometimes I feel barber shops try to get you in and out as fast as possible. That wasn’t the case here. I felt KaCee took her time making sure she did a really good job. This will probably be my go-to in Rexburg.

Barber Pop Shop gives the best haircuts in town. However, if you book a haircut and you don’t give atleast a 6 hour notice for cancellation, you still have to pay. I booked a haircut that was in 3 hours same day. I forgot I had something else scheduled at that same time, so I tried to call and cancel literally 30 seconds after booking it and they wouldn’t let me cancel. Worst cancellation policy on the planet and it doesn’t matter if you’re a regular customer or have never missed an appointment.

The BarberBTI Supplement Shop is a great place to get your haircut. I have no complaint when it comes to the haircut and would recommend anyone to come here. Just weird to have half of the store be about supplements and the only “pop” here is a small fridge of soda cans.

Adorable idea and prime location, but the prices are marked up quite a bit, there are better barbers in the area. Also I feel like with the amount you pay you should get a free soda while your hair is getting cut, I assumed there would be something like that and didn’t realize the two parts of the shop are separate and it’s not an “experience” per se – it’s called Barber Pop so I assumed they were one place, but they’re two totally distinct businesses that just share a space. At least give clients getting a haircut a discount or something.
