I would’ve given Joey 5 stars if he didn’t scold my husband for being barely 5 minutes late, on his first visit, also while being the first customer he had for the morning!!! Not even in a nice way, it was completely condescending! Also, my husband specifically requested a beard trim and lineup (which we paid an extra $10 for) , but it almost looked the same as when he went in! What’s more irritating is that there’s a big sign inside saying “beard lineups are free with cuts” or something quite similar. So there’s absolutely no excuse for his beard to be basically untouched! And I don’t want the excuse of “we ran out of time” because I looked at my phone as we walked out the door and it was 9:44- 15 minutes BEFORE he was supposed to be done. And the job wasn’t done! The cut itself looks great and that’s why we MAY consider going back, but they need serious work on their customer service!

I’ve been coming to Barberos for, funnily enough, exactly 4 years as of writing this review. Best barbershop in town. Everything is extremely clean and well lit, everyone there is super friendly and welcoming to first time patrons.

Best barber shop in Pensacola period. Responsible and they don’t overbook people which is a problem with 99.9% of barber shops here in Pensacola. At barberos you make an appointment and you get your cut at your appointment time no later. I like it that is just appointment only. My barber is Mike. To me the best barber there!!!
