Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to get my split ends cut had an appointment and all. i said on the phone i want someone just to trim the ends to make my hair grow longer the owner said no problem. I went today it was a problem .The lady that cut my hair could not speak english so the owner had to translate what i wanted well apparaently she did not understand spanish so well either because she cut my hair way too short ! I said i will not pay for this haircut. Very dissapointed was looking forward to a relaxing haircut today that did not work out to well. I They do great jobs if you want short hair or of the owner or someone else cuts but the lady i had today was not so good . I won’t be going back ever ! Went to get my split ends cut had an appointment and all. i said on the phone i want someone just to trim the ends to make my hair grow longer the owner said no problem.
