Rarely get a good haircut (only 1 of the many seems to get it right) and they have the guts to argue about a tip if they feel it’s too low. It’s unfortunate that they are basically the only thing on base.

I asked for a freaking mid fade and to NOT fade into the bulk cause the way my head is shaped and got left with a hockey puck to my head just before going on my 40 day leave. Some of these barbers need to learn to listen to the customer and not cut the hair the way they want to. Terrible. I asked for a freaking mid fade and to NOT fade into the bulk cause the way my head is shaped and got left with a hockey puck to my head just before going on my 40 day leave. Some of these barbers need to learn to listen to the customer and not cut the hair the way they want to. My hair was super long and thick but bow forced to get a buzz cut because of how horrible the service was.

As long as you’re not trying to get a low fade with super long hair on the sides, your haircut will come out fine. I always get a medium fade & have no issues. Not all the barbers here speak good english (chinese) so just communicate loud & clear enough, while literally pointing out spots on your hair. It’ll come out fine every time, don’t get a high or low fade, get medium

This is a good place, the only reason people complain is because all the barbers are chinese and some don’t understand too much other english words besides haircut terms. As long as I talk very clear to them about what I want and literally point out on my hair BEING POLITE, it comes out fine. I’ve gotten low fades, medium fades, and high fades. Medium is best.

Don’t ever come to this barbershop, asked Canh for a medium and straight up gave me a high fade, and most of em do that too, they don’t know how to actually cut hair, they’ll completely mess you up. Go off base or get a barracks cut. At least you’ll get what you want.
