I took my son to get a haircut for senior pictures and all he wanted was a trim. The lady Phuong in the far chair broke out some scissors after to listening what he wanted and began hacking away like she was Edward Scissorhands (literally). He wanted a trim, but she cut his entire head of hair off. By the time it was all over, she didn’t even cut the other side of his head and sent him out the door! She was very unprofessional in how she interacted with us. Later that day, after it dried we noticed how bad it really was. We went back in and asked for our money back for the horrible job she had done. Phuong wasn’t there, supposedly. The lady in the first chair began getting very rude with me since I wanted my money back. This establishment needs to be shut down! This is a disgrace for this area. I see by the reviews we are not alone! This should not be allowed to happen. BEWARE!! You will not get what you want, you will get your worst nightmare of a cut! They will NOT give back your money without a HUGE fight. They are obviously desperate and need my money. Keep it, never again!

Literally the worst barber I’ve ever visited. They rush haircuts and they have no customer service skills what so ever…I asked for a medium skin fade and I walked out with basically a bowl cut that they couldn’t fix. Its essentially a high skin fade without the fade… never again will they get my business Haircut

wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was recommend this place by my dad which has been coming for years & haven’t had any complaints. I decided to bring my fiancé here for a quick cut he just wants to TRIM the back of his head or the sides just by a inch. The man decided to start the hair cut off WITH BUZZERS . Cut his hair way to short ! By the time I could stop it the damage was already done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Stopped in for a quick cut on my way to a party just now. The haircut was ok, but the guy decides to shave my beard two inches below the hairline without asking! I had just trimmed my beard for this event. I would expect that he would have blended the hair and beard together, but no, he just shaved it! And unevenly I might add. At the bottom of one earlobe, and about an inch below on the other side. Had to return home, can’t fix it, now I have to shave. Will not be returning. Absolutely unbelievable.

I had a very bad experience with my son hair cut. The lady was rude and loud when I mentioned hair look un even and she shaved too high. My son was very upset. I will not recommend this place at all.

This is a great barber shop. I got my own hair done and my 5 year old son. Both cuts were thorough, incredibly well done, and perfect for the cost ($12 for youth, $14 for adult). When I say thorough, I mean it. I have never seen a barber pay so much attention to the little details around the side and back of my hair. I highly recommend this group and will certainly return.
