Atmosphere is perfect. Literally the best barbershop I’ve ever experienced. ALL of the barbers are top notch. Extensive training both to get on the floor followed by ongoing mandatory education. A Cooper Alley owned barbershop which explains why it’s as great as it is.

Walked in at opening. No time slots until later in the day. Was offered a time that didn’t work. Phone immediately rang, staff member began scheduling another appointment with the phone customer. Left me sitting there without a courtesy excuse me. I’m sick of SF area barbers where the next customer and next cut is more important than the person in front of you or your barber chair.

I was recommended to go to a new haircutter for a change of pace, but I don’t really know why I did because the one I had was pretty good. Anyways, my haircutter was really very hesitant, and seemed to be afraid while he was working. I ended up with a really mediocre haircut, uneven on the sides, and is growing out pretty poorly.
