Otto cut my hair. He did a great job with medium fade and trim on top. I walked in and there was no wait. Great atmosphere, great music. Everybody is very nice and friendly. Great group of diverse barbers. I definitely will be coming back again.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueWaited for a hour and a half just for my guy to take in every other person but me. He told me there weren’t many barbers which I could understand but on the other hand it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours when the place basically had no other people in line but me. My guy even told me i got u next after the guy he was helping and then took another guy. I’ve gone there before as well and it had taken almost the same amount of time to get me in which I didn’t mind because they were busy. Honestly as long as I was sitting there I got to see Every barber cut a head they all can cut very well unfortunately I was sitting there for 20 minutes with three chairs open a barber sitting outside on the phone to barbers in the back so I had to leave because I didn’t have time to stay at that point I was already waiting for a little bit I’m not gonna say I wouldn’t go back this place was recommended by a friend because the barbers CAN cut I just make that maybe be a little bit more attentive towards the customer and client and be considerate of their time as well
