Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI come once in a while to accompany my grandson for his haircut and every time I walk in the owner greets me makes me feel comfortable, in a shop full of men a lady can feel a little uncomfortable but the vibe is awesome he has like a old school theme with music from the 40-60s playing no rap no swearing it smells super good and super clean all the time I enjoy waiting and listening to the music this place is unique and super classy and professional. I am from New Jersey and I hadn’t been able to get a haircut because of the situation with the virus. I came because I travel for work and I am so glad I decided for Barber House. Carlos is very professional and at the same time his customer service is excellent! He totally understands what you need, and cares about his passion. Please if you’re visiting Ohio and feel like getting the best haircut and customer service, and if you live there, I really recommend you stop by. I just want to start by saying I came here just from checking reviews on Google. I am from New Jersey and I hadn’t been able to get a haircut because of the situation with the virus. I came because I travel for work and I am so glad I decided for Barber House. Carlos is very professional and at the same time his customer service is excellent! Critical: ValueCecil with the dreads cut my hair as a walk in I wanted a certain cut from the movie paid in full. The character was money making mich. He said he know how to do it. He cut my whole head good but my part was in the center of my head. I would never get a cut again. I knew it was a red flag when he was sitting down on a Friday not booked for the day my warning was there but I should of listen but never again. 40$ for a cut with no facial hair ‍♂️ Thirsty.
