Been going there for a few months now and won’t go anywhere else. Nice clean shop and super friendly environment. Always go to my guy Logan and am always satisfied. Guy knows what he’s doing and does it right. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for great barber experience.

Listen up !!! If any of my friends mainly guys but girls with short hair this is for you as well. Just found a new favorite spot to get your hair done and your beard. Barber and Gents is hands down the place to go in the area. Today was the first time there on a whim no appointment. We, Cyndi Truscott and I were greeted at the door by both Logan and Scott. I ask if there was any chance they could squeeze me in for a trim of my hair and possibly shape up my beard and trim if they had time. Scott had an appointment coming in shortly so he let Logan take care of me. Now I am assuming that a guy named Reese was the gentleman that was already cutting a little boys hair. Long story short EVERYONE in the ENTIRE building was super friendly and fun to talk to and helped each other out as needed. Customers spoke to each other as they waited and others were being treated it honestly felt like you were hanging out with friends. They even have a pool table and offered me a drink by drink I mean they have LOCAL BEER ON TAP for FREE.

I’ve been cutting my own hair for 20 years. Recently, I decided to try to grow a beard and quickly realized I needed professional help with my grooming habits. Meanwhile, my brother had been telling me about Barber and Gents, Reese, Logan and most recently, Scott. I figured I’d give it a shot and my brother was kind enough to make me an appointment with Logan. On our way, we learned that Logan was on vacation and with our permission, Scott stepped into to help out. Good thing to, I was in between a Chia Pet and a mountain man. Well let me say Barber and Gents is not just a Barber but a full experience. From the minute I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted into a friendly very clean business by Reese. This place appears small but that’s deceiving because it’s actually very spacious containing multiple barber stations, a pool table, bar and humidor. I had a short wait but Scott engaged me in very friendly conversation. When it was my turn, I literally had no idea what I wanted. Scott was very patient and wasn’t annoyed one bit. I gave Scott a rough idea, set him loose and couldn’t have been more happy. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it and was extremely attentive to detail. I scheduled in my next visit before I left. If all that isn’t enough, Reese is a veteran, a local business owner and gives back to his community. You could support a box store but your only cheating yourself. Give Reese, Scott and Logan and his staff a shot and support a veteran locally owned business in the meantime. I have to give Scott a bump because that’s who I dealt with but I heard the same type of reviews about Reese and Logan alike.

Its a BEAUTIFUL THING knowing that if you have an appointment at 12pm for say that you’ll be in the chair getting your haircut no later than 12:10. It’s really REFRESHING to know that you have a barber who RESPECTS your TIME. I’m not going to mention the ENVIRONMENT and the CUTS is off the CHAIN. My PERSONAL OPINION, I really needed a BARBER who VALUES my TIME and my MONEY. I found it with REESE.

The owner is very cool and positive, everything is ran by appointments which is really great because you’re not waiting long for a haircut and he makes sure you don’t leave his shop with a unsatisfactory haircut nor experience.

The haircut was bad and I sat in the chair for an hour and a half. The guy was very nice but clearly had no clue what he was doing. I had to go to a different shop to fix what he had messed up. I’ll be wearing a hat for the next month! Be care who cuts your hair here! Hair shape up

Reese the beast! This guy’s professionalism is a 10/10. He makes you feel comfortable even with being in an unfamiliar setting for the first time. I haven’t received a bad cut from him since going. His prices are very fair and hard to compete with. Word of mouth about good customer service travels quick. Hence as to why so many people go there to get a haircut. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
