Critical: ProfessionalismI had bad experiences in this place. The first one was with Jesse, I made the appointment online and when I arrived he wasn’t there, I waited and then he came and started yelling at me, he said he didn’t approve my appointment. The second one was today, I had an appointment at 3:30 pm with Eli Lopez and to be honest I came late, at 4:15 pm. He still there with a client and I got it, I came late, but he told me “the app is gonna charge you, and you need to find another barber..” then he ignored me. I can’t believe these people, they don’t have people skills. He cut my hair and beard a month ago, he charged me $50 and I gave him $10 tip. I don’t think anybody deserves to be treated like that, they don’t take care of their clients. I repeat, I respect their time and I understand I was late, but that’s not the way, horrible customer service. I had bad experiences in this place. The first one was with Jesse, I made the appointment online and when I arrived he wasn’t there, I waited and then he came and started yelling at me, he said he didn’t approve my appointment. The second one was today, I had an appointment at 3:30 pm with Eli Lopez and to be honest I came late, at 4:15 pm. So when he gets finished with the other client he says he is ready for me. I see the price list and it says $35 for cut and between 10-20 for beard. So I repeat cool so it’s 35 for cut and beard and he said no it’s $50. I say whatever ok. He cuts my hair and then says cool. I say, what about the face and he says that he can’t cut the beard right now. I barely have any hair on my head to start with and the main reason for the cut was to match the beard with my hair cut. So a walked in and asked if they do walk-ins and the barber said yes. I asked what was the price of a haircut with beard and he said $35. So when he gets finished with the other client he says he is ready for me. I see the price list and it says $35 for cut and between 10-20 for beard. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityEli is always ready for me when I arrive. They have a nice atmosphere without loud blaring music to the point you can’t have a normal conversation. Nice old school decor and just reminds me of going to the barber with my dad as a little kid.
