I’m an elementary teacher who’s on my feet all the time. Wearing sandals in the sun I have some weird tan lines and bruises. Needless to say, my feet aren’t very pretty. I came in hoping for a fun and cute nail design that I found online. My experience was amazing. They took their time and were careful to make my toes look exactly like I was hoping. I absolutely love what they did. If you’re like me and work on your feet (and don’t get your nails done all the time)… this place will take good care of you.

I just went today with my sister and cousin (June 15th. 22’) i was there for an hour or so and when i first got there one of the males said my nails would be $55 and then i start to get my nails done and a different guy told me that it would be $60 which is fine cause i had the cash. but i am not happy that i was lied to and the guy who did my nails was huffing and puffing at me and kept rolling his eyes at me and my nails are not the same shape and the sides are not done. i have been here multiple times and i am just so unhappy with how my nails came out. also they are just basic white nails. the guy who did my nails also cut my finger in the photo below.

Apparently they changed owners since last year when I was here, I work up here in the summer months. Last year it was very clean, well staffed, and the service was great. This year, the place was dirty, short staffed, and mainly the nail techs were all men, also they did not understand English, so this was a big problem. From my perspective, the tech I had was poorly trained as well. Trying to explain the nail services I wanted was to no avail. I wanted a French pedicure with my nails rounded, not squared off…so a few were rounded but the majority were squared off so of course it looks awful. I was manhandled on the brief leg and foot massage, which is supposed to be relaxing and soothing, I had to tell him he was too rough, but he didn’t understand that either, so I just said stop. I wanted the darker pink nail gel, they didn’t have that either, only clear. He also didn’t paint the white portion evenly on each toe, no surprise. I just wanted to get out of there. So it cost me $40 for the worst pedicure I ever had and I ended up going elsewhere to get it all done correctly. I don’t know how they expect to stay in business.

We had a party of 2, one was a very good experience and the other not so much. My dip nails were filed down to nothing and straight, did not ask me what style just proceeded to do what he wanted very fast and not gentle. the entire process took 15 minutes. Sloppy job. Other person was great, nails looked very nice. Took about 30 min.

My appointment was on Saturday Nov 12th for a dip, today, 9 days later the dip is off all of my nails. I called for a refund and that is against their ‘regulation’ whatever that means…I will never use them again as I’ve given them multiple chances after appointments being way after my scheduled time Dip powder

I’ve been going here for a couple months now! And every time I go in I get the powder dip And it seems like every time I go in it’s $5 more I am very unhappy with today’s service I said I wanted powder dip he did everything wrong I kept asking Him are you sure this is powdered dip and he told me yes I told him that’s not how they usually do it? And then when I went to go pay for it he said it was going to be $60 I was like what it’s usually only 50 why is it 60 he said because it’s acrylic ! I will never be coming back
