Anyone on here ripping this place to shreds because it’s not the Four Seasons needs to get a grip. You’re getting a $40/hour foot rub. The place is a great value and gives a nice massage. Are you in an open room? Yes. Is it relaxing and professional? Yes. Check your ego at the door and relax… it’s a spa.

It’s okay, definitely good service, reasonably priced. Not necessarily my preference.

Critical: QualityWhen they first opened it was pretty good. The last two times I went it appears to have gotten “lazy”. I spent a full hour reflexology and basic laid down as the person rubbed lotion into my feet with no pressure. I thought to myself it could be a one off and sometimes it happens. This time I literally had the same experience cut my session to 30 minutes from an hour because of how bad it was. The person follows me the the cashier and basically waits there for the tip. I walked out only wasting $40 and feeling very Moisturize but not very satisfied. Good luck with your session! When they first opened it was pretty good. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe first appointment I felt uncomfortable getting a massage with so many people in the room, but the massage was good. The second appointment the woman was aggravatingly slow and with her attention somewhere else. I saw the back room and it was dirty with food and things they use for clients. Very unprofessional.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy back was hurting so I went in for a massage on November 1. I asked the receptionist Emily if she had anyone available now for a body massage. She shared with me the options and their prices. I eagerly arrived a hour later. The spa was quiet. I asked about the safety precautions since there were massages going on inside. She asked me politely to whisper because a massage was going on when I arrived. She told me that they wear gloves, sanitized the lounge lazy boy chairs and pillows, they also wear masks. The county also cleared them for safety and if I was not comfortable with being in the spa I could do my massage outside. The receptionist asked me if I had any preferences. I said I wanted strong but not hard and my shoulders and neck need the most attention. She told me that if I needed anything to let her know and the masseuse know. She made sure my masseuse knew exactly what I wanted. The staff speak Chinese but not fluent English. She said if I wanted to change staff that I could. My back was tight so I knew that my back was in for a massage. John was his name and knots out was his game. He knew exactly what I needed. He was able to massage my knots right out. I was sore for a minute after my hour massage. Then I moved my shoulders around and my goodness so much better and my neck was not stiff at all. I am definitely coming back for John!My back was hurting so I went in for a massage on November 1. I asked the receptionist Emily if she had anyone available now for a body massage. I’ve been to both locations in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica and have had thee best massages. Both massueses were very kind, gentle and knew what they were doing. I left feeling so relaxed and at ease. Love this place!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityGirl at the reception was very unprofessional. After I paid 69 for a 60m full body massage and decided to quit early on after 30m due to the person talking loudly over me to his coworker and smacking his lips in irritation as if he did not want to massage me. I felt an awkward vibe and told them I would like to make my payment in full even after 30m only. The mixed girl with big curly hair very rudely asked for a tip 3x after I politely said no due to the fact that I was stopping early anyways and still paying in full !! I wouldn’t recommend this place it was bad vibe and bad business.Girl at the reception was very unprofessional. The most horrible experience. My massage was already off to a bad start when my masseuse just through a towel over my face and it hit me in the eye. She’s didn’t care and didn’t pay attention. She either massaged way too soft or way too hard. Again no attention at all. I kept telling her but it didn’t get better. She started the massage at 4:10pm and by 4:55pm she left for 5 minutes to get a wet towel to end the massage. I didn’t enjoy a single moment of my massage. My husband had the same horrible experience. Don’t waste your money and time on this place. It was just terrible start to finish.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had a 90-minute reflexology session on 8/29/2020. The foot massage itself went fine. I found Floura, who was working the reception desk, to be unprofessional. She wasn’t appreciative about my payment for the $49 session with my credit card, and made a comment about the unwanted fees from the company and how the spa wasn’t busy enough to flexibly accommodate card payments. As a customer, this is not my problem and these feelings shouldn’t be made known to a customer as if I’m creating an inconvenience. I had already called in advance about card payment and there was no sign in sight about preferred cash payment. Professionalism and customer service is always key, and my experience with Floura unfortunately fell short of this.I had a 90-minute reflexology session on 8/29/2020.
