Harley did my pedicure and I’m sure she was very new. She tried her best and I appreciated her effort but what I did not appreciate was the constant chatter in another language and then everyone look up at the person that they are talking about but you feel very uncomfortable and it is very rude. I made an apt for myself and a co worker while on the phone with an employee from the salon she was extremely rude and hung up on me. It’s a shame the office girls will have to find somewhere else near by as I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a business and am still in shock by the unprofessionalism.

I really liked the girl that did my nails. The only thing that I’d say bothered me is that I work 7 days a week I finally had 4 hours to spare to get my nails done. I was extremely tired and I could tell that they were talking about me when I closed my eyes to relax. (At least tried too) they’re very loud speaking to one another, and they made snoring sounds looked at me and giggled. (I was not sleeping mind you..) They have “relaxing music” but you can’t even focus on it. Just because the young lady was so good ill go back. Ill wear headphones next time. Lol

Went here for years and Patti did my nails. I had an appt and was 5 minutes late. Stuck behind a train. When I arrived the salon was almost empty except for 1 more person. I had an event to attend so time was of the essence. Patti did not come out. Apparently she was in the back eating. When she did come out she said I was late and would have to wait. The salon had only one other person getting her nails done!!! I waited and waited… and waited. She never came back out. I could hear her talking in the back. I left and will never go back. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years and this is how she treated me!

I didn’t enjoy my experience. I never had my acrylics ripped off with another acrylic nail before. It hurt and the lady didn’t seem to care that it did. I have been here before but they’re overall ruff artist.

I really like this place! The only reason that I’m giving this place a 4 star is that sometimes you have to wait about an hour or more to do your nails. Everyone is nice, at least from my experience. It’s clean and they have a variety of colors to pick from. I highly recommend that you call in ahead of time to ask when you can come in so they can attend you. They do have waxing services as well, (I haven’t gotten any).

The lady who attempted to do my nails never greeted me but spoke another language with her coworker the whole time I was at her station. I let them know I felt uncomfortable and they continued. I had the lady stop my service paid and left after they were done with my daughter’s toes. They had nerve to be rude because I didn’t want them to finish the service. Everyone speaks English in there so why make paying customers feel uncomfortable you could at least have good customer service. My toe nail polish was all over my toes and I could’ve scrubbed my feet better in the shower.
