Stopped in for a haircut while in Mt Airy. Walked in at 12:30. One customer was just leaving , no one else in the shop. Barber told me he was leaving for lunch and wouldn’t be back until 2pm. I understand we all have to eat but I’ve never known anyone to take a 90 minute lunch! Especially, when you have a paying customer right there. Very poor customer service! The hours sign said things like 5ish and 2ish so I’m guessing the man just does this for fun or to give off a Mayberry vibe but isn’t running an actual business. Needless to say, I went down the road to a real barber shop and was taken care or. I won’t give that places name because I don’t want to start a feud but they laughed and said this was typical of him.
