Megan was AMAZING with my color. I didn’t know what I wanted and showed her a few pictures of what I liked and she did something I loved. And Jennie is amazing with cutting and styling!!! They are both seriously so talented, I always hate my hair after a color and cut because I use my hair as my comfort blanket lol, and tbh it’s been about a month and I still haven’t had one day that I regret cutting or coloring my extremely long hair because they did exactly what I wanted without me even knowing what that was! I’ve never had this happen. Extremely happy! I will definitely be back.

I’ve experienced the worst customer service from Megan who currently works there and does hair coloring, she is rude and disrespectful. She does not belong working in a hair salon and she brings her life responsibilities into her work environment and lets it affect her work ethic with clients. I will never recommend or go back to that salon. I had a color done and she said it could be fixed and then she said it’s not her problem that the toner didn’t hold the hai mind you she did the same thing prior to this appointment. She is a messy hairstylist

I’m so happy I went here. After covid, my old salon went out of business, so I tried them for the first time.I have incredibly dark roots, and am Platinum blonde- so finding a colorist that makes me happy has been HARD. (Blonde life can be rough) From the initial call the front desk was so sweet and got me in the next day! Mark was my colorist-& he was fantastic!!!!!! (I can’t say that enough) so friendly- educated-confident-and was very patient- and my hair looks amazing! It’s a laid back feel, and the price was much cheaper than I’m used to- FOR WAY BETTER WORK! The staff was incredibly kind, and made me feel like I’ve been going there forever- that makes a HUGE difference for the overall experience. I was comfortable and left happy. Highly recommend. Love this place. May be a little pricey but if you care about your hair being done properly, it’s important to invest. Anthony does a phenomenal men’s cut, he’s my go to guy. Helped me over 6 months grow a killer celeb level undercut. Highly recommended!

I go to Bangz for both color and cut and have always had a great experience. The front desk staff are all professional and pleasant and the space itself is great. I’ve struggled for years to land on the right colorist/color for blonde highlights and have never been happier than with Sue. She truly “gets” color and works hard to take into account what will work best with my skin tone, cut, etc. I have referred friends who are all happy as well and I completely trust her to get my color right each time – it’s a relief!
