I wish I could give them 0 stars. To start we waited 20 minutes to be serviced after making an appointment months in advance. The two pedicurist Were very unprofessional speaking about other clients in front of us and complaining about wanting to go home. The pedicure took way longer that needed to be due to them talking about their personal business. At one point another employee came over to show them their broken nail, totally unprofessional and quite gross. At the end my toes got messed up the minute I stood up because she failed to add the toe dividers, which after I asked she added them but broke them off into pieces, did she even know what she was doing? Doubtful. I ended up walking away with messed up toes that I paid $65 for. Very disappointed and will never be back. Go to the spa and spend your time and money there!

The staff was all super friendly, but I was very upset with how my blowout turned out . I just wanted a basic blowout with some beach waves and it was not really what I was wanting. The stylist didn’t ask me where I parted my hair or how I wanted it blown out before just going into it. Just wish there was more communication before the service and the price was a little expensive considering I was not happy

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMaria did an AMAZING job at highlighting and coloring my hair. No one has been able to get me to true baby blond highlights, without picking up a lot of orange and brassiness until today. My hair was a medium to dark chestnut color with a lot of red and orange mixed in, but now it looks amazing and still feels healthy. Maria did an AMAZING job at highlighting and coloring my hair. No one has been able to get me to true baby blond highlights, without picking up a lot of orange and brassiness until today. My hair was a medium to dark chestnut color with a lot of red and orange mixed in, but now it looks amazing and still feels healthy. I highly recommend asking for Maria if you need a good colorist.

She managed to fit me in what was a very busy schedule. Maria my stylist was amazing … she did everything in her power to fix a a hair color problem I was having a couple of hours before an event!!! She gave me the best haircut and color ever. I usually get my haircut on Newbury street in Boston…. But this is the best ever! Thank you to Jordan, Maria and the staff at Bangz!!!! Amazing… beautiful salon! Jordan at reception was wonderful and accommodating. She managed to fit me in what was a very busy schedule. Maria my stylist was amazing … she did everything in her power to fix a a hair color problem I was having a couple of hours before an event!!! She gave me the best haircut and color ever. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for a specific thing and they said they would be able to do it and told me what exactly they were going to do. Once the day came it was bot what I wanted nor done the way they said it would be done. After all that, the dye came out after ONE wash. I explained that to them n they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. For over three hundred dollars, I would expect a dye to stay in for more than one wash. They told me to come in and they would would fix it. I still had to pay for them to dye it again. Once the day came it was bot what I wanted nor done the way they said it would be done. After all that, the dye came out after ONE wash. Although, everyone who worked there was very kind, and the color turned out okay, I asked for 2 inches cut off my hair and layers. She instead cut not 2 inches but 7 inches off my hair. She did not cut my hair in front of a mirror so I did not know how short until after it was finished and she finally showed me. I am very upset, it was not what we had agreed to do to my hair. I will not be returning here.

I definitely recommend this salon. The people there are all so very personable. I made last minute appointments for me and two friends for blowouts. They were so accommodating. Our hair looked and felt great. All three of us left there feeling amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this salon.

Probably the best salon I have ever set foot in, all of the stylists were extremely welcoming and the level off sanitation and abiding by the covid and mask rules made me feel extremely safe. My hair turned out amazing and the stylist was able to target exactly what I wanted without me even knowing exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this salon to everyone I know the environment was amazing an I felt extremely comfortable. I wish I had an option to give more than 5 stars because it does not give it justice! Will be coming back ASAP!
