i have been looking for a new hair salon to switch to. i have been to bangz two times so far and i have been extremely happy with the service i have received. my stylist holds conversations with me and seems to be very knowledgeable. i love the way my hair looks when i leave the salon and i plan on going back. i get my hair done every 5 days so i trust them to take care of me. i have to get color soon and i am looking forward to the result. they are all friendly and professional and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a salon

I’ve been going to Bangz for almost a year now. They see me every two weeks, and I love the atmosphere. Eleazar cuts my hair and I love how attuned he is to my needs, and is always willing to work with me! Coming here for a haircut is the highlight of my month (x2!). I really highly recommend this place. Miki knows the products really well, even convinced me to try a lot of new stuff I never would have, and their family atmosphere makes it easy to just enjoy yourself and have fun. I love to go in and talk about books and movies!

I took my daughter and I for our first cut in over a year. I am a single mom and wanted a great experience so I searched out an Aveda salon to increase my chances of quality cuts! Vicki got us in for the same day which I appreciated so much. The family run buisness is warm and Brian was congenial amd easy to talk to. I believed it was going to be a great experience. Unfortunately, my cut and my daughters were less than stellar. I have thinish curly hair and my daughter uas thick loose curly hair. The cuts were angled to the front and cut blunt. For curly hair that is death! It feels more like a Super Cuts style than Aveda. Two weeks went by and I worked up the courage to call and say I was less than satisfied. I was offered a tweak to the style and went in. I was told that Bryan is more conservative in his styling and perhaps their father, who’s name escapes NW at the moment, would be able to give me what i wanted. I agreed and showed up. The gave me a shampoo which was nice and unexpected. But to resolve my style issues, i was given a strange undercut and more length was taken off. I’m glad they only had one appointment because i took it and not my daughter. I sat with this dissatisfaction and called today and asked for a refund. I was told it was against their policy. But they offered another tweak. I passed because my hair is too short to go again… I’m so sad because it was a treat I waited for for a long time. I wish I loved my cut as much as I enjoyed their company.

New to San Antonio, I went for an up do trial run for my wedding which was great even with me having so much hair! Went back for a haircut and love it also! Highly recommend! Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job, I will definitely be going back!

Been going here for YEARS!! Bangz is a great salon. In particular, if you’re interested in coloring your hair (just beginning or changing up your regular routine), Bangz always does a great job. Convenience of having Aveda products on hand is a plus.

I cannot imagine anyone going away from Bangz unhappy. I am the worst customer, I never know what I want, I don’t take care of my hair, and my schedule sucks. Bangz staff works with me every time. They go out of their way to schedule my appointments, have always made a great cut easy for me to take care of, and the color is fab!!!!!! I have never felt my time or my money were wasted.
